Pro Bono Legal Work
Abichandani Law Firm undertakes pro bono legal work in appropriate
cases as part of its professional responsibility. Such assistance
is provided selectively, based on the nature of the matter and the
availability of resources, and is limited to legal advisory or
representation where the Firm considers it appropriate to do so.
Pro bono legal work is undertaken independently by the Firm and is
subject to internal assessment. Nothing contained on this website
should be construed as an invitation or assurance of pro bono
representation.
Philanthropy through “Support”
Philanthropic and community-oriented initiatives associated with
the Firm are carried out through Support, a separate
not-for-profit organisation. Support operates independently and
undertakes charitable and community initiatives aimed at social
welfare, sustainability, and long-term community development.
While the Firm and Support share common values of responsibility
and public service, Support functions as an independent non-profit
entity and its activities are distinct from the professional legal
services provided by Abichandani Law Firm.
Separation of Activities
The legal services provided by Abichandani Law Firm and the philanthropic activities undertaken by Support are separate and independent. Participation in, or support of, philanthropic initiatives does not create a lawyer–client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice or professional engagement.
